Compost bins are great but can be smelly if things are left to linger a little too long and fruit flies have a particular taste for decomposing vegetables (nothing wrong with that as they are part of this wonderful regeneration process. So here is a compost bin with charcoal filters: no smell and the seal is great; so no flies! Please discard your fresh vegetable waste bits into this compost bin. When full, empty on your compost heap or box outside. You can also make your own compost indoors but this requires a little more preparation and investment (instructions soon to come in our resource catalogue and at our store).
